1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway conducted by UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd. By participating in the giveaway, each participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. ORGANISER

The giveaway is organised by UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd, Tenancy 5, 3-5 Andy's Court, Upper Coomera QLD 4209, Australia.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia. Employees of the Uzin Utz Group are not eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and is not conditional upon the purchase of goods or services.

4. Competition Period and Entry

The giveaway runs from 27 February 2026 until 8 March 2026 at 00:00 (midnight). To enter, participants must complete the online entry form in full at:
au.uzin.com/uzin-ke-2000s-giveaway Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. PRIZES, Winner Selection and Delivery

The prizes are:

1 × UZIN Makita jobsite radio
1 × Hand truck
1 × Weber grill
1 × Xiaomi Redmi Watch 4
2 × UZIN AirTags
4 × UZIN dry bags

The prize awarded may differ slightly from the advertised item (e.g. model or colour).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner(s) will be selected at random within four (4) weeks after the competition closes. Winner(s) will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry. Contact details cannot be changed after submission. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd reserves the right to select a new winner. Prizes will be dispatched within one (1) month of confirmation. Risk of loss passes to the winner upon dispatch.

6. Privacy

For the purpose of conducting the giveaway, UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd collects and processes the participant’s: First name, Last name, Address, Email address, Company name. Personal information will be used solely for administering the giveaway and delivering prizes. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize delivery or by law. 7. General

UZIN UTZ South Pacific Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the giveaway if necessary due to technical, legal or other reasons beyond its control. The decision of the organiser is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia.
